WA Parents Club Sends Finals-Week Support to Midshipmen Before Army-Navy

Ahead of the Army-Navy game, members of the WA Parents Club gathered at T-Court on Friday to offer encouragement and comfort to Washington-area Midshipmen as they headed into finals week. The group provided hand warmers for the cold, along with hot cocoa, oranges, and candy canes—small but meaningful reminders of home during a demanding time of the semester.

A special highlight of the morning was watching the 13th Company begin the traditional ball run to Baltimore, adding to the excitement and pageantry of the Army-Navy weekend. Parents also had the opportunity to meet and take photos with the Superintendent, LtGen Mike Borgschulte ’91, who joined in the spirit of the moment with his new helmet and striking a “Fight Pose” before leading a spirited “Go Navy” cheer.
