MedTechVets: A veteran founded and ran organization; MedTech Vets makes it their mission to help military veterans transition and find a career with purpose in the medical technology industry through education, mentoring and networking. Here are some MedTech stats and Naval Academy executive profiles already using the program.

Grad founded, BlueMagnet is a private, invite-only network built for the Naval Academy alumni across every stage of service and career. Their founding cohort is capped at 1,000 members, with priority for those 0–24 months from a transition or career change—the most active users who deliver immediate outcomes for mentors, members and sponsors. Blue Water Advisors: Founded by Navy veterans, Blue Water Advisors partners with veterans and professionals in every stage of career progression providing services catered specifically to your needs. Download their 2025 Career Progression Guide, consider joining Open Career Progression Cohorts or attend the one at the Naval Academy on 16-17 September 2026.

SHATTR: USNAAA&F is partnering with SHATTR to enable opportunities for alumnae aspiring to achieve executive roles in their career. SHATTR is a leadership development experience designed for high-achieving women navigating career transitions from the military or advancement in their career field.
