Sol Digital Enlists Former Rizing President Carl Graves [USNA '88] for Next Phase of Growth
Sol Digital, LLC, a technology-focused consulting and talent solutions partner, announced today that Carl Graves has joined the company as its third managing partner. Graves joins Kaan Aslansan and Daniel Gavula in Sol's senior leadership team as the firm enters a new phase of growth, scale and operational maturity.
Graves brings a wealth of experience, having spent over two decades in executive roles within high-growth service organizations. Previously, he co-founded Rizing, an SAP Services Partner, where he played a crucial role in scaling the company from its inception to over 1,500 employees and nearly $250 million in revenue.
A former Navy Lieutenant and later investment banker, Graves splits his time between Massachusetts and Florida, where he lives with his wife and their two college-age daughters.
