New boutique hotel and restaurant approved for Annapolis Church Circle (Ramsden and Monroe '11)

U.S. Naval Academy graduates Clinton Ramsden '11 and Cody Monroe '11, received final approval to develop a boutique hotel and restaurant at 4 Church Circle in downtown Annapolis, a project that has been years in the making due to the city's strict historic preservation and zoning requirements.
