Caldwell '81 appointed to Fluor Board of Directors

Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced today that James F. (Frank) Caldwell Jr., retired U.S. Navy Admiral, has been elected to its Board of Directors effective 4 August 2026. Caldwell’s appointment brings the total number of Fluor Board members to 11, of whom 10 are independent. He will serve on the Board's Audit and Governance Committees.

Caldwell is currently President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Orion Nuclear Energy Corporation in Alexandria, VA. He serves on the boards of Entergy Corporation and Severn Leadership Group and is a Strategic Advisory Panel Member of Uranium Energy Corporation and Rhoads Industries. His military awards include the Navy Distinguished Service Medal, Defense Superior Service Medal and Legion of Merit, among numerous other honors. From 2022 until his retirement, he served as the Navy's "Old Goat," the longest-serving U.S. Naval Academy graduate on active duty.
