William F. Mahan to Perform the Duties of Under Secretary of the Navy

WASHINGTON — Acting Secretary of the Navy Hung Cao announced today that Mr. William F. Mahan has been selected to perform the duties of the Under Secretary of the Navy (UNSECNAV). This announcement comes after Mr. William Toti was nominated for UNSECNAV on Sept. 14.
