Former Naval Academy Athletic Association Director Chet Gladchuk receives the Navy Distinguished Public Service Award, the Department of the Navy’s highest civilian honor, for his 24 years of transformative leadership, raising $225 million and strengthening Navy Athletics’ partnership with alumni. The award honors civilians whose service provides long-term impact; past winners include Tom Hanks and Sybil Stockdale.
