USNA AA&F Entrepreneurship Group Hosts In-Person Networking Event

BZ: The third in person U.S. Naval Academy Entrepreneurs networking event at the Army-Navy Country Club on 7 November was a success. Matt Willmann '10 has spearheaded this effort from the beginning and the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association & Foundation fully supports his efforts to connect USNA alumni throughout the entrepreneurship ecosystem. 

We would like to thank all of you who attended and a special thanks to the panelist, Maili Neverosky '03, Jim Delaney '90, Tonio DeSorrento '99, and Casey Gillikin '08 (USCGA), P.E., and sponsors Govforce and Quantive. 

This initiative continues to grow, and we look forward the next quarterly event and the first summit in July 2024!

Clark '1918 Inducted Into Oklahoma Military Hall of Fame

Admiral Joseph James "Jocko" Clark '1918 was recently inducted into the Oklahoma Military Hall of Fame. ADM Clark was the first Native American graduate of U.S. Naval Academy and the first Native American to achieve the rank of admiral.The Tulsa USNA alumni chapter nominated him for the induction and members of the chapters joined ADM Clark's family in honoring his legacy at the induction ceremony

Bravo Zulu to MIDN Abigail Ward '24 on being one of 32 Americans named a Rhodes Scholar this year."Ward, representing the Naval Academy as their 56th Rhodes Scholar, is a computer science major and a Chinese minor. She is passionate about combatting protecting communities from foreign influence campaigns through sound cyber policy, with a focus on analyzing Beijing-backed disinformation campaigns
