2024 Naval Academy Leadership Conference

The 2024 Naval Academy Leadership Conference begins today at USNA. Speakers include VADM Collin Green '86, USN , LT Brad Snyder '06, USN (Ret.), Bill Hamblet '87, and more alumni representing the very best of Academy leadership. This year's conference theme is Learning to Lead - The Lifelong Pursuit of Excellence. This theme directly aligns with the Academy's mission to develop global leaders. ADM Michelle J. Howard '82, USN (Ret.) was recently inducted into the National Portrait Gallery in the 20th Century Americans Exhibit. The first female four-star admiral in the U.S. Navy, ADM Howard's 35 year career in the Navy exemplified the highest standard of leadership.
