Wednesday, February 26, 2025TODAY IN NAVY, MARINE CORPS AND USNA MEMORIAL HALL HISTORY 1944 - CDR John Moore '32, USN was killed in action when USS Grayback (SS 208) was sunk by Japanese aircraft south of Okinawa.
