Gov DeSantis Appoints Three to the Apalachicola Water and Sewer District (Milliken '75)

Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Jimmy Gander, Torben Madson III, and Mark Milliken to the Apalachicola Water and Sewer District.

Mark Milliken​​  

Milliken is the President of Gulf Unmanned Systems Center. Previously, he served in the United States Navy, retiring with the rank of Rear Admiral. Milliken is a former Project Manager of Wyle Labs, Senior Manager of Wyle, Inc., and Vice President of Maritime Solutions for Elbit Systems of America. He earned his bachelor’s degree in analytical management from the United States Naval Academy.
