Bravo Zulu: Bresnahan ’03 hands command of INDIANA to McVay ‘04

CDR Scott Bresnahan ’03, USN, turned command of the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine Indiana to CDR Kyle McVay ’04, USN on 23 June at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT.

Bresnahan took command of Indiana in April 2021. His previous submarine tours include La Jolla, Texas, and North Carolina. Following his Indiana command tour, Bresnahan will continue to serve on the staff of the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Undersea Warfare Division (OPNAV) 97 in Washington, D.C. McVay’s previous submarine tours include Georgia, Charlotte, and Mississippi.
